Relationships 101 - How to Get Unstuck Now (VIDEO)
Wow! It’s only the beginning of September and we are having snow in Colorado! Feels so crazy to have a 91 degree temperature and the very next day it’s in the 30’s and snowing. Now that’s an abrupt shift.
Personally I like to ease into big shifts in smaller steps, but in life change often happens rather suddenly whether we’re ready or not so much. (So not ready for things like Covid-19 or super early snowfalls.)
Big shifts, big changes are sometimes necessary to propel us into living our best lives. Part of living your best life might be to get unstuck from a situation or relationship that is dragging you down or causing unnecessary angst. We can help you, if you’re ready to experience a move forward.
For a few weeks now I’ve been sharing with you videos from my collaboration with Vivian Cobb. Both Vivian and I know from our own personal experiences that having a coach changes everything and much more quickly than going it alone. That’s why we both decided to become coaches ourselves.
