One Thing You MUST Stop Doing Before Valentines Day (VIDEO)
Do you HATE Valentines day? I get it, if you do. I wasn’t fond of this holiday for many years myself. Why? I wasn’t feeling loved and adored or supported. Then I made a life changing decision.
If you are thinking it was probably more than one decision you are so right. However, it all began with the first decision - to stop believing that things were going to change without doing something different myself.
Once I realized I’d just been doing the same things over and over and expecting my life to change, the decision was clear. I had to make a change for myself. I had to honor the loving, capable, compassionate woman I was and begin to take better care of myself.
We all get stuck in life patterns that are unproductive sometimes and need a bit of guidance to get unstuck. This year I encourage you to decide to take care of yourself in ways you may not have been doing. That means please STOP thinking your true love is going to appear like magic. You know you deserve better.
