Hope you had fun watching! Are you stuck in the jaws of a relationship that steals your joy? Only you know what you want for yourself in love, dating and relationships. Take time to breathe, relax and know you are worth having a loving respectful and supportive intimate relationship.
Change is an inevitable part of life so be assured you are here for a reason and yes you do have the capacity to make whatever changes you need and desire. If this past year left you without the love relationship you want then I encourage you to try something new. Maybe that begins with increased self-awareness, counseling or coaching and just maybe it’s time to make a new choice.
Decisions: Making a decision to change something in your life is not easy AND may take more courage and time. Give yourself a break from fear and regrets as we close out this most challenging year. Life changing decisions are not for the faint of heart. I encourage you to listen to your own intuition. Don’t listen to naysayers.
Plans: Please have a plan for implementing your new decision. Without a plan on how to proceed and how to take care of yourself it is easy to get derailed. If you need help with making a change, making a big decision or making a plan then get that help. As I’ve said many times - we all need a little help sometimes.

Take time to think about what choices you’ve made that have been loving and supportive for yourself and what choices may need to re-visited.
